One of my footholds to working as a full-time voiceover artist was voicing property tours for the countries leading provider – Audio Agent, between 2012 and 2017.
I happened to be in the right place at the right time. Business models in this sector are changing constantly in that period a tour presented as a video with voiceover was state of the art.
During this time, I voiced videos for properties on a daily basis for brands such as:

In a 5 year period, I provided voiceovers to more than 20,000 properties in the UK. If you bought a house in that period, you probably watched a video that I voiced.
There has been much change in the sector since that time, in both the emergence of on-line sales and also newer technology for property viewing – VR and the like.
